Fuller Lips:
To make your lips appear fuller, there are a few tricks to the trade. The first to do, is to use a conditioning lip base...I like Benefit's Lip Plump. It will fill in your lines, making the lip surface bigger to begin with. Then line the lips, all the way around, with a lip liner to match your lips, not your lipcolor. This gives a fuller natural appearance. Then apply your lip color, with a brush...the only way to go. This way, you will fill in all the crevices as well. Lastly, put a bit of frost or gloss in the lower bottom of your lip, to form a "pout".
