Three more shows at Fall 2009 NYFW with MAC Cosmetics. Three more face charts.
Romy Soleimani was the lead artist for the line Adam. The eye shades were gorgeous, and not exactly what I think of when I think of Fall. I bet we will be seeing bold and bright this Fall and it will be a welcome change from the norm. What do you think?
Next, was the fabulous Gordon Espinet for Three As Four. The glow was gorgeous with a minimal amount of color.
From February 13th, Day One of NYFW. MAC did the makeup for the following shows: Yigal Azrouel, Nicole Miller and Charlotte Ronson.
Lead artist for Yigal Azrouel was Polly Osmond. I am loving the dark eye using the Eye Kohl in Smolder and the Copperplate Eye Shadow. I use this shadow on top of my eyeliner and up into the corners and cannot wait to try and recreate this even darker smokey look with it.
James Kaliardos was the lead artist for the Nicole Miller Showing. The blue might be a bit much for everyday, but just a touch of it will make your eyes pop. My favorite product he used was Tahitian Sand Beauty Powder. If you do not have this product, you need to add it to the top of your shopping list.
New York Fashion Week is in full swing over at Bryant Park in New York City. I will be attending a few shows later this week, but in the mean time, I think it is best to point you to those who already are. Some of my beauty blogging friends have been backstage and watching the catwalk since early Friday.
Before I round up some of the great coverage at the tents so far, I need to tell you about one of my favorite shows. This show seems to always kick off NYFW. It is the Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection fashion show. Featuring celebrities wearing red, this is such a fun show that is all about a cause, as it is put on to benefit research for women's heart disease.
Check out some of the goings on now, from some of my beauty blogging friends:
