The Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection 2011 Fashion Show opened Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week just last night. It is truly one of my very favorite events of the year.

The Red Dress is being used as a national symbol for women and heart disease awareness. More than 20 of today’s hottest celebrities will walk the runway in dresses created by America’s top designers to inspire women to take action to protect their heart health. Here are a few of my favorite images from the show last night.

Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 is well underway in New York City. The shows so far have been inspiring, and I do not want winter to come - maybe we can skip it and go right to spring fashion already? I know we can't, but we can look at all of the trends and dream. I cannot wait.
