The Latest in Anti-aging Skin Care from Dr. Patricia Wexler.

One of the best anti-aging product lines has got to be from Dr. Patricia Wexler. She has worked in dermatology for years, making anti-aging her focus. Her new MMPi-20 anti-aging technology is revolutionary. You see, MMP's are the enzymes in our skin that cause our skin's collagen to breakdown. Obviously, these enzymes are one of the main culprits in making our skin look older. With Dr. Wexler's MMPi-20 anti-aging technology, these enzymes are uniquely targeted, lessening the effect of these harmful enzymes.

Two of Dr. Patricia Wexler's product are based on this MMPi-20 technology. There is the MMPi-20 Skin Brightening & Pore Refining Serum and the MMPi-20 Intensive 3-in-1 Serum.

The Skin Brightening & Pore Refining Serum is a multi-benefit serum formulated to tackle many of the visible signs of aging. The Intensive 3-in-1 Serum is a deeply rejuvenating serum that lifts, firms and fights wrinkles in one targeted formula.

Bath & Body Works New Scent Alert: Black Amethyst.

Black Amethyst sounds simply sultry and sexy, doesn't it? I have not been to Bath & Body Works since the debut of this new signature scent, but I am really wanting to get a whiff of this.

Take a look at the notes.
Fragrance top notes: Bergamot Italian Oprur, Juicy Mandarin, Sparkling Tangerine, Zesty Orange, Waterfruits, Crisp Melon
Fragrance mid notes: Lily of the Valley, Magnolia Blossom, Sheer Gardenia, Tuberose, Freesia, Peony Petals, Camellia

  • Fragrance base notes: Patchouli, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Vanilla, Musk

  • I am so pick about scents on a whole, but when I see that Vanilla and Musk are two of the scents in the base notes, I know it is probably a winner for my nose. The other notes that have me curious are Sheer Gardenia and Tuberose.

One of the products in this new line is on my must-try list. It is the Oil to Cream Warming Body Wash. I don' know where I have been, because I have not noticed this offering before. It sounds delightful.

"Soothe while you cleanse with this luxuriously rich, warming body wash. Our nourishing oil transforms into a warm, comforting cream, for an ultra-pampering shower or bath." This sells for $12 at Bath and Body Works, and it sounds like warming nourishment for a cold winters morning.

The rest of the Black Amethyst is available now as well. It is a complete line including body lotion, wash, butter, splash, hand cream and more.

Have you tried anything from Black Amethyst yet?
