One of my favorite ways to get an instant glow is by using Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask ($54.00). This treatment is designed to brighten up dull and tired looking skin.And who doesn't deal with  that once or twice a week?

I use the mask at least once a week in the shower, and this energizer helps my skin glow and feel more vibrant and awake. To use, I dampen my face with wet fingers, squeeze out three or four pumps of this citrus-y smelling, creamy gel. We all obsess over our makeup and skin. Do you remember to pamper your lips though? I regularly use a lip scrub and I apply a lip balm right before I go to be every night.   • Refresh: Lift impurities with the one-of-a-kind foaming lip cleanser.
    Did you ever thnk your lips needed a separate cleanser? I usually just wipe my lipstick off with a wipe, but this is much more gentle and, well, it feels so much better as it is formulated for the lips. It is quite the little bubbly treatment, but it nourishes with cocoa and shea butters, so lips are left softer from the get go.
  • Retexturize: Exfoliate with the deliciously sweet and gentle sugar lip scrub to remove dead skin.
    This is probably my favorite part. The sweet orange and vanilla flavor scrube uses almons and walnut shells to lift off dead skin and wash them away. I could seriosuly become addicted to this scrub.
  • Rejuvinate: Follow up with the visibly volumizing instant lip plumper.
    I'm not looking for huge lips, I am looking for smoother, less lined lips and that is what this gentl lip plumper does.  It helps to make my lips appear a bit more filled in with it's peptide packed formula.
  • Replenish: Seal the deal with their luscious moisturizing softening lip balm.
    I really like this lip balm and have been using this every night.  It is Enriched with shea butter, jojoba and grapeseed oils and vitamin E, to leave my lips moisturized, without feeling overly heavy. I love that it doesn't feel waxy at all, so when my lips feel a bit fry in the morning, I am safe to wear it under lipstick.

While it is suggested to use this everyday to have the ultimate lips, I think you can maintain the super soft, smooth and supple sexy lips you get by just doing the fours steps once a week. I do use the lip balm every night as I mentioned earlier and that keeps my lips healthy and soft until I do the treatment again.

I love the heavy duty thick feeling of body butter formulations and depend on their effectiveness in the winter months.
