I have always been a fan of the Tracy Reese Collections for Sally Hansen. Just Tuesday when I was covering the CVS Reinventing Beauty Lounge, I was treated to a manicure, and I chose the Tracy Reese Sally Hansen HD color Opulent Cloud. It is a beautiful metallic grey/brown with a soft gun-metal finish. It really looks different in every light, and I am making it a part of this season's wardrobe.

While I was having my manicure, I learned that Sally Hansen has once again joined forces with fashion icon Tracy Reese. For the eighth year in a row, Tracy has created the ultimate accessory for the feminine, yet modern spring wardrobe, inspired by Reese’s visionary spring collection.

At Tracy's runway show, the look was created with Sally Hansen Complete Manicure in Midnight In New York which provides a deep ebony base, while Hidden Treasure brushes on an unexpected finish of molten metallic, for an exclusive, never-been-seen before manicure.

 

The 8 new shades in the limited-edition nail color collection are made with the Sally Hansen Complete
Salon Manicure.

This season’s shades include:

  • Hidden Treasure – clear with multidimensional glitter
  • Midnight in New York – rich black
  • Sunflowers – bright yellow
  • Pomegranate – pinkish red
  • Dianthus – deep pink
  • Lagoon – sea blue
  • Silver Lining – metallic gray
  • Iced Coffee – light mocha

The entire new collection will be available in Spring at CVS.

Before I let you in on all of the great and most important, affordable beauty products that are carried at CVS, I wanted to show you some of the fun and exciting people that were at the CVS Reinventing Beauty Lounge.

This is me writing about all of the happenings in the lounge for the day. Doesn't the retreat look divine?

This is Robert Verdi, the host of the lounge, selecting his favorite fragrance for the CVS Essence of Beauty Line. He is with model Elizabeth Mathis.


Outside of the CVS Beauty Lounge were some other fun fashion and accessory lines. Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt took a few minutes to try on some great new sunglasses.


As I walked in I spotted Miss J right away, and as I was leaving I actually opened the door for Kathy Griffin. Pictured with them is comedian Kristen Wiig from SNL.


Some blogger friend were in to take in the happenings of the lounge as well. Pictured from left are Debbi, Michelle and Aly.


Christophe was giving blow-outs and gave me some very pretty, loose wavy hair. I will post more about him, his products, and his tips later today.

Here is CoverGirl makeup artist Jake Bailey doing his thing in the lounge. He turned me onto some great products and gave me some must-have makeup tips that I will discuss a bit later too.

Live Blogging at the CVS Reinventing Beauty Lounge.

Today I am blogging LIVE from the CVS Reinventing Beauty Lounge at Robert Verdi's Luxe Laboratory. This is such a treat for me and it is in turn a treat for you. I am here to learn about all the great beauty products that are carried right at your local CVS.

Today in the lounge is the wonderful Christophe from Christophe Beverly Hills himself, giving blow-outs and talking about his products that are sold at CVS. I hope to learn more about his hair styling products and line that are sold exclusively at CVS.

There is also a manicurist giving manicures with the latest nail color from Sally Hansen and a makeup artist from Covergirl that I hope to talk to shortly.
