John Frieda Style On Site Tour Coming Soon.

Remember when I told you I went to an event in New York City to learn about the new John Freida products? Well, part of my visit included a hair makeover with some of the John Freida experts. They cut and colored my hair to perfection. Aside from the fact that the Root Awakening line is my new favorite in hair care, I had wished that more could experience such a pampering event. Well, thanks to John Freida, who has teamed up with BCBG (one of the hottest names in fashion), you can! John Frieda is taking his experts on the road with its' Style On Site Tour.

Kicking off in New York City on April 27th, the team will hit the road via a mobile salon in an exclusive 10-city tour. The tour will start in New York at Times Square on April 27th, 28th and 29th and will then travel to Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis and Chicago. The special event will offer locals the A-list treatment: free hair styling sessions with stylists from John Frieda and fashion advice from BCBG.

Led by celebrity stylist Harry Josh (left) who works with some of the biggest names in the industry: Blake Lively, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow, Gisele Bundchen, Amanda Seyfried, Ellen Pompeo; the John Frieda expert team will be providing complimentary 15-minute consultations and styling lessons to address every hair issue with targeted John Frieda solutions.

When visitors arrive to the site, they’ll have the opportunity to make a 15-minute appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. Each client will receive a styling lesson with a top John Frieda stylist, who will consult with her about her specific hair issues and educate her on how to address her unique concerns. Every attendee will walk away with a “hair prescription” from her stylist and will have the chance to purchase her recommended John Frieda formulas on-site at a drugstore.com kiosk.

After the hair session, visitors can compliment their new style at the BCBG mini boutique. At this mini boutique, BCBG will have the latest must-haves on display. Also, visitors will be able to  log on to BCBG shopping kiosks right then and there to order their style essentials then and then,all with an exclusive John Frieda discount.

I hear that the salon is insane! Sources tell me that it’s actually an 18-wheeler that has been gutted and the walls flatten out to reveal a true salon complete with styling stations and chairs, a receptionist, waiting area – the works! It sounds like so much fun, and event I would love to partake in myself.
