This gorgeous eye liner from the Lancôme Spring Pink Irreverence collection is one product you should not pass up. Especially if you like to glam it up and add a little sparkle to your eye look. Pure Sparkle Laque Liner is then for you.

 

 

The sparkle can be soft when used on its own over a bit of soft color and blended out before it dries. Or you can go all out and swipe a harsh line over a dark shade of eyeliner. That is how I used it over the weekend when heading out for a night at the casino and a fancy dinner with some friends. The end result was gorgeous and I received many the compliment.

My favorite part about La Laque Liner is Pure Sparkle is that the sparkle stays where you put it. I do not have to worry about sparkles flying here, there and everywhere. This sparkle stays right where you draw it on and it lasts. No smudging or moving out of line - ever.

Lancôme at New York Fashion Week for Chris Benz.

For the Chris Benz show during NYFW, Lancômemakeup artist Daniel Martin gave us all a sneak peek at the Lancôme Fall 2009 Color Collection. It will be called Declaring Indigo. The fall polishes look divine: Indigo Paris, which is a bright blue; Golden Audacity, which is a very opaque gold; and Rouge Liberty, which is the perfect red. I cannot wait to see the collection in it's entirety.

The look for the show was a 1980's club girl with the rich blue/black glossy eye. The lip was kept pale beige and the complexion matte. The standout was the nails.

Lancôme to Launch Génifique Youth Activating Concentrate.

Lancôme is preparing for a huge skincare launch coming up in March. It is called a youth activator which will represent an entire new category of skincare. It is titled Génifique.


Lancôme told me that a two week focus group trial contained the most amazing results Lancôme has ever seen. Now, that is exciting. Over ten years of research has gone into Génifique Youth Activator, and it promises to bring something completely different to the prestige skincare market.

Lancome president, Odile Roujol, said

this product is truly a revolution in facial care adapting to the needs of each person's skin, it makes cells return to the protein levels of younger skin.

Here is a little sneak peak video to entice you just a little more. Right now, all I know is the fact that this product sounds pretty revolutionary, and that a 1 oz. bottle will sell for $78.
