The Best Nude Lipsticks - Summer 2022 Edition

We are just about a month into summer, but being that it is mid-July and just past my daughter’s birthday, I count this as the midway point through summer.

The makeup and beauty brands are launching their fall collections - ack! I am still into summer and summer makeup with the high temperatures soaring across the US as of late. For me, that is minimal makeup and almost always, nude lipstick.

This is a brand new product and one that I can’t wait to try. It boasts itself as a long-lasting liquid lipstick that provides instant shine and has highly pigmented color that stays on. The formula sounds like others that need to be shaken to activate. Safe Word is a light neutral nude and the swatches look gorgeous and great for summer. $25

Too Faced Cocoa Bold Cream Lipstick in Buttercream
Too Faced makes some of my favorite nude lipstick; they always make very flattering nude lipstick shades. Buttercream is just one of the few nude lipstick shades in the Cocoa Bold Cream Lipstick lineup.
