Best Bronzer: Urban Decay Baked Bronzer.

Urban Decay bronzers are of the baked variety, appropriately called Baked Bronzers.

Baked means that these powders are baked in terra-cotta pans until they achieve the perfect consistency. This one has a beautiful feel to it. It is super silky soft and blends onto skin with no streaking of pulling.  All that you get is a pretty, sunny glow. Just what I expect from a bronzer.

Baked Bronzers come in three shades; Baked, Gilded and Toasted.

This shade is Gilded, which is very golden bronze with shimmer, along with gold strewn into the formula. The result is sexy, and I love using it on my shoulders and chest for that extra special sheen.

Urban Decay Baked Bronzers sell for $26.00 each and can be purchased at Urban Decay and Sephora.

SPF Yourself: Urban Decay Urban Defense Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20.

SPF Yourself is a series of posts featuring products that contain a sunscreen, or SPF, in them. Not only sunscreens, but body lotions, facial moisturizers, eye creams, foundations, tinted moisturizers, bronzers, hair care and more will be featured. Only the best in beauty with SPF!

Have you found a favorite tinted moisturizer this summer yet? I don't think I have used a "real" foundation" since May, as tinted moisturizers are my bff when it is hot out, and I need less coverage because of all the self-tanning I do. One of the latest I have tired is this from Urban Decay.

Called Urban Defense, this tinted moisturizer offers light coverage with the much needed SPF 20. The moisturizer is light, doesn't feel like it would clog your pores, and like I said, offers a nice, sheer natural coverage to the skin.

I tested the shade Halo, which was a bit too light for my self tanned skin, but it did even it out a bit. With a bit of bronzer I was good to go for the day.

Urban Defense comes in four shades: Halo, Bodyguard, Bulletproof and Forcefield. They look like they would really cover a variety of skin tones with these shades.

Check out Urban Defense online at urbandecay.com or shop Beauty.com or inside Sephora to find the shade that compliments your skin best. The tube retails for $30.00
