Best Bronzer: Sue Devitt Gel Bronzer SPF 40.

This bronzer from Sue Devitt tricked me at first.  The package I received was not labeled, so I thought it was a dark foundation.  When I swiped a small amount on my skin I thought, this is no foundation. I needed to know what it was because it felt so silky soft and my skin and I wanted to figure out how to wear it.

Checking on SueDevittBeauty.com, I quickly learned that this was her Gel Bronzer, with an SPF of 40! Oddly enough, it does not look like a gel, but felt a bit like it as I applied with the enclosed sponge. My curiosity was peaked.

Take a look at the quick description:

Made with restorative Algae Extract that prevents collagen and elastin degradation and preserves elasticity, it also has protective antioxidant benefits from Babao Seed Extract, while Sunflower Seed Oil is deeply moisturizing. Formulated with spherical powders to ensure a luminous but non-oily finish, this bronzer can be blended for a natural sun-kissed look or layered for more intensely bronzed coverage.

That about sums up why it felt like a gel and feels so nice on my skin. The color was a deep rich golden bronze and that made me like it even more.

Sue Devitt Gel Bronzer SPF 40 is available on online at suedevittbeauty.com as well as dermstore.com, select Macy's and Sephora stores.

Best Bronzer: Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs.

Yes, even you legs need some color. If you are looking for a leg bronzer, this one is it. Sally Hansen Airbush Legs is a leg makeup that you spray on over legs to add color, even out skin tone, or cover up veins, freckles, blemishes and more.  It sprays on with no streaks, or uneven color.

What can I say about this product but WOW! Amazing!

You see I’ve been hard on my legs in the past. Cheap party shoes in my 20’s (hey, don’t judge, I was in college) and a retail career for over a decade can reek havoc on anyone. Plus, they are 3 shades lighter than the rest of my body. To be honest, I haven’t worn shorts in years… until now. This product gave me a nice deep suntanned look. It covered my ugly veins, too. Yay!

Airbrush Legs comes in four colors to match most skin tones: Light Glow, Medium Glow, Tan Glow and Deep Glow.  There is even a Shimmer Glow that will add a light shimmer effect to the legs.

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs sells for $12.49 at drugstores nationwide.
