Gloss of the Day: MAC Viva Glam Gaga.

In honor of its release today, I figured I would begin my Gloss of the Day features with the new Viva Glam Lipglass from MAC. This is Viva Glam Gaga.

Viva Glam Gaga Lipglass is a beautiful light blue pink. Think of it as cotton candy for the lips. It is pigmented, but not bright at all.

Price: $14.50

Introducing Gloss of the Day!

If there is one beauty item that I change more often than anything else, it has got to be lipgloss. I test so many, but still have my favorites. In an effort to break out of my shell and use all of the lipgloss I receive, I have decided to post a Gloss of the Day.

I have not quite decided how to show you each gloss. What do you think? Should I take a picture of me wearing the gloss each day or photograph each one and swatch it. I want to bring you the look of each color, along with the description. Which would you rather see? Please take a few seconds to answer my poll so I can know how you wish me to bring the Gloss of the Day to you.

MAC On the Scene Cremesheen Glass.

I have a favorite summer lipgloss that will be sure to cross over into other seasons. I've been wearing it for about a month now, and just bought another tube of it. Yes - it is love. What is the lipgloss I am speaking of? It is no other than MAC Cosmetics Cremesheen Glass called On the Scene, from the MAC Get In the Groove Collection.

On the Scene is described as a Light Coral Beige. I describe it as the perfect creamy peach gloss. I wear it alone most of the time, but have been experimenting with using it over different lipstick shades too. While it is almost a nude when used over lipstick, it actually tones down or "cream-alizes" a more vibrant color.

Check out On the Scene at MAC now, before it is gone!
