Introducing Lancôme's Power Mascara: Ôscillation.

Have you heard? The power house mascara brand, yes, Lancôme, is launching a new mascara that will actually vibrate to ease in application. As crazy as this sounds, I bet it will be without a doubt, a real winner. Lancôme does know how to do mascara, so I cannot wait to see this new mascara and try it out on my very own lashes.

Ôscillation will be a very unique mascara that provides a 360-degree coat around each and every lash. The vibrating brush provides no fewer than 7,000 vibrations per minute (seriously?) for the perfect formula application. Ôscillation has four patents for technology and formula and was created by a team led by Jean-Louis Guéret, the designer of all Lancôme mascara brushes. Also known as "The King of Mascara", Guéret has been the father of nearly 400 mascaras during his illustrious career. Wow!

As most of you know, Lancôme is the number one luxury mascara brand in the world, so they are very excited and thrilled to bring this latest innovation to market.

Lash Power Mascara  is a 24 hour mascara that applies with a precision brush and special formula. Similar to the tube your lash concept( but not nearly as harsh), this formula naturally lengthens and separates lashes (without flaking or clumping, of course) leaving lashes thicker and fuller, with a somewhat natural and feathered look.  Lash Power needs warm water and very gentle pressure to be removed.

Mascara Perfection Projection, with Estee Lauder Projectionist.

A high definition volume mascara describes Perfectionist Mascara from Estee Lauder the best. This must-try mascara was hidden deep in my bag I got from the CEW Beauty Awards that I attended with Total Beauty, in what seems like ages ago.

It is no wonder that Projectionist is a finalist out of the 600 some products entered. This is a mascara that gives me volume while separating my lashes and keeping them long, all at the same time. I love the bigger spooly brush and how it is tapered at the tip, making application on my lower lashes a cinch. I have found that slowly working the wand up and through my lashes works best, and usually only this one coat is needed. A night time or for extra drama might have may applying another coat or two, depending on how much I want to play up the lashes.
