Benefit Wants to Know: Are You That Gal?

In case you haven't heard about this amazing contest from Benefit, listen up.

To kick off the launch of that gal, Benefit's NEW brightening face primer, they have partnered with Extra, Lucky, Sephora and the William Morris Talent Agency to hold a nation wide talent search for "that gal"!

 

Benefit have been holding events since the beginning of the month, and there are two more still happening, this weekend!

Gals can come to the following events, get their "that gal" makeover and make a 30 second audition tape telling everyone why they should be "that gal".
August 24th - Sephora, Times Square, NYC
August 25th - Sephora, Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ

If you are not near an event, simply log on to www.sephora.com/thatgal/ to upload your own video!

 

The winner of this fabulous contest receives the prizes of a lifetime: a guest hosting spot on Extra, her photo in Lucky Magazine and on Sephora.com, an audition for talent representation with the William Morris Talent Agency and a year supply of Benefit makeup!

Shiseido - Fall Collection

This new Fall collection from Shiseido is calling me. Featuring shimmery, mostly bronze and neutral shades with a pop of pink added into the mix, I am lovin' it. 

 

My favorite looks are either neutrals and pinks, or bronzes and pinks. The new Shiseido products in this collection can help me stick to my normal shade selections, while spicing my look up a bit with some new products.

I really want to try the Automatic Lip Crayons. I have never tried them, but they look to be a thicker, automatic lipliner type of product, but with more coverage for the entire lip. And the two colors in the new collection look beautiful.

You cannot go wrong with a black eyeliner, and my choices of late are gels or shadows used as liners, but I really am wanting to dabble in this Cream Eyeliner. I can only imagine how beautiful my eyes will look lined with the black liner paired with the looks from the beautiful shades in the Eye Shadow Quad in Desert Winds.

I really don't have much to say about the glosses, except they are perfect, and would complete the entire look when one of these sheer colors are applied.
