I love the winter... said no one EVER! Well, maybe you do, but you can count me out. The bitter cold and everything that our skin, hair and body have to deal with just because of it are not fun. The red noses, chapped lips, dry skin, frizzy hair; I am certainly not a fan. I depend on a whole slew of products to get me through these neverending cold winter months. I cannot believe that we are almost one month into the new year already. Where does the time go? It has taken me a bit longer than usual to recover from the holidays. The holiday season is ALWAYS a hectic and busy one. I am on a mission to take better care of myself this year, and I have always found that by taking an hour for myself once a week does my mind, body and spirit good! I love to refresh and recharge by creating my very own spa night.

Urban Decay teamed up with beauty blogger Kristen Leanne for a colorful makeup collection that recently launched and I am surprisingly OBSESSED! I will admit that when I first saw the different layout of the main palette (the Kaleidoscope Dream Eyeshadow Palette) that was previewed months ago, I thought it looked juvenile. That was until I got my hands on it. Sure, the layout is not like most, but it is original, much like Kristen, and that is why it is perfect. As is the rest of the collection which I am really impressed with it all.
