Get the Look: Rose Byrne at the 2012 SAG Awards.

Rose Byrne revealed a whole new look on the red carpet tonight. Rose's stylist and John Frieda International Creative Consultant Harry Josh says that her new look is "70's inspired with a modern twist. Think Michelle Pfeiffer in Scarface meets a modern day Anna Wintour."

Here is how Harry styled Rose's new 70's inpsired bob to go with her chic white Elie Saab jumpsuit for the red carpet:

Step 1 - Saturate the Roots with a Volumizer "I needed to get a lot of lift at the roots. Without that, the look would just fall flat," says Harry. On wet hair, he applied tons of John Frieda Full Repair Root Lift Foam ($6.99) which not only gave him the weightless lift that he needed, but also helped to protect against damage caused by heat styling.

Step 2 - Protect the Ends
Harry applied the Full Repair Perfect Ends Deep Infusion ($9.99) to smooth the ends and make sure they looked healthy and groomed since her new cut is so blunt.

Step 3 - Blow Dry with a Round Brush
Section by section, Harry used a natural bristle brush and angled the blow dryer down to get maximum shine.

Step 4 - Place Velco Rollers at the Crown
Harry used the rollers to lock in the volume.

"It's the epitome of chic, just like Rose." - Harry Josh

Get the Look: Sofia Vergara at the 2012 Golden Globes.

Sofia Vergara had her makeup done by Kayleen McAdams for last night's Golden Globe Awards. She looked stunning in her blue mermaid gown.

Inspiration for the look:

This look is all about the lips.  We chose a bright plum lip and kept the eyes soft with bronze shadow and multiple coats of mascara.  The dress is a gorgeous shade of teal and the hair is very sleek and youthful so we wanted the makeup to stand out and look youthful as well.

Face:

I started by applying COVERGIRL TRUconceal Concealer #4 under the eyes and around the nose. I then applied COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Silk Foundation in Nutmeg with a sponge and set that with COVERGIRL Clean Pressed Powder in Soft Honey.  I chose a plum toned blush (COVERGIRL Cheekers Blush in Plumberry Glow) and applied it along the cheekbones and apples of the cheeks.

Eyes:

I applied COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 3-kit Shadow in Golden Sunset all over the lid and into the crease and then applied three coats of NEW COVERGIRL LashBlast 24HR Mascara to the top lashes and one coat on the bottom.

Lips:

I applied COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipcolor in Everlasting first and then applied COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipliner in Beloved. This keeps the lipstick from bleeding, but makes it easier to apply the line with the moisture of the lipstick.

When she was ready to hit the red carpet, I sent Sofia on her way with powder, lip pencil and lipstick for reapplication.

Lancôme ambassadress Kate Winslet’s beautiful look from the Golden Globes was created by Avon Global Creative Color Director Jillian Dempsey.

Kate Winslet’s look was shimmering, soft and sophisticated,” said Jillian Dempsey.

Jillian used taupe and champagne shades on Kate’s eyes and lots of rich mascara for extra definition.  A pop of rose blush on her cheeks gave Kate a youthful, natural-looking flush.  Jillian topped it off with a creamy rose lip color for a fresh finish.
