Get the Look: Miley Cyrus at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.

Celebrity makeup artist Denika Bedrossian created Miley Cyrus's look for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards using all tarte products. While her white tuxedo dress may have shocked, her makeup was gorgeous. I really like her hair too.

"To complement her Jean Paul Gautier tuxedo dress, we wanted to keep Miley’s makeup fresh with a dewy cheek and summer peach lip: Brigitte Bardot meets bronze goddess." - makeup artist Denika Bedrossian for tarte.

COMPLEXION:
For a flawless complexion, she smoothed tarte's Amazonian clay 12-hour full coverage foundation with Broad Spectrum SPF 15 with tarte's airbrush finish bamboo foundation brush over her skin.

Then she brushed on tarte's Amazonian clay matte waterproof mineral powder bronzer in park ave princess, and highlighted her cheekbones with tarte's maracuja blush & glow brightening luminizer and cheek tint in sunlight.

To brighten her cheeks, she buffed tarte's cheek stain in tipsy onto the apples of her cheeks.

To keep her look in place, she then dusted tarte's Amazonian clay finishing powder over her t-zone.

EYES:
To create Miley’s sultry eyes, she used tarte's Amazonian clay waterproof cream eyeshadow in shimmering moss as a base, then layered tarte's Amazonian clay waterproof cream eyeshadow in shimmering bronze over top and blended up into her creases.

Under the brow, she dusted matte pink cashmere shadow from tarte's neutralEYES eyeshadow palette volume 2 to brighten her arches.

To enhance her lashes, she drew tarte's smolderEYES™ Amazonian clay waterproof eyeliner in bronze along her upper and lower lashlines.

She finished with several coats of tarte's gifted™ Amazonian clay smart mascara on the top and bottom lashes.

LIPS:
To enhance her coloring, she created a summery peach lip by adding tarte's LipSurgence™ lip luster in glisten, then topped it with a mix of tarte's maracuja divine shine lip gloss in tipsy and adored.

Get the Look: Sofia Vergara at the Met Ball 2012.

Sofia Vergara stunned on the red carpet for the 2012 Met Ball. Makeup Artist Kayleen McAdams created her makeup look.

Sofia’s bright lip was inspired by the Marchesa collection (she wore a Marchesa dress) and we chose a grapey-pink hue since it’s one of Sofia’s favorite shades.

I first applied COVERGIRL NatueLuxe Silk Foundation in Nutmeg all over her face using a blender sponge.  I then used COVERGIRL TRUconceal Concealer in #4 just where we needed under the eyes and around the nose to keep the makeup sheer. To set the look, I used a big fluffy brush to apply COVERGIRL Clean Pressed Powder in Soft Honey and then used COVERGIRL Cheekers Blush in Plum Plush to complement her lips.

I wanted to create an eye on Sofia that’s lighter than usual. I applied COVERGIRL Queen Collection Vivid Impact Eyeliner in Truffle along the bottom lashes from the outer corners to the very inner corners and then applied a lighter line along the lash line at the top to create dimension. I applied COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 1-Kit Shadows in Swiss Chocolate on top of the liner on the lid to create a softer effect and then used COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 1-Kit Shadows in Mink along the brow bone. I used two coats of
COVERGIRL LashBlast 24HR Mascara in Very Black on the top and bottom lashes to finish the eyes.

I lined the lips first with COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipliner in Beloved and then filled them in with COVERGIRL Queen Collection Lip Color in Regal Raspberry using a lip brush to create dimension and contour the lips.

We knew we wanted to use a grapey-pink lip color to make Sofia’s lips stand out, but we had to play around with three different shades of purple before choosing the one she’s seen wearing. Since her look is all about the lips, I wanted to make sure the color stayed vibrant all night long so I gave her the COVERGIRL lip liner and lipstick to keep in her purse before she hit the red carpet.

Get the Look: Sarah Jessica Parker at the Met Ball 2012.

Makeup Artist Leslie Lopez created the makeup for Sarah Jessica Parker for the 2012 Met Ball using CHANEL products.

I was inspired by Sarah Jessica’s dress – the dress always tells you what to do with the makeup! It reminded me of a party in Versailles, so I didn’t want to do anything too harsh…we wanted her to be fresh and beautiful – garden chic!

I started by prepping her skin with CHANEL Sublimage La Creme Texture Supreme and used it on her neck as well. Sarah Jessica’s skin looks gorgeous, so I used CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 in Beige 30 only in the places she really needed it and applied it very lightly, followed by my favorite product CHANEL Long Lasting Concealer in Beige Ivoire. I used a pink blush on her cheeks and then topped that off with Exclusive Creation Soleil Tan de Chanel Luminous Bronzing Powder in Sable Rose and applied that to the temples of her forehead.

For the eyes, I applied CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Lilium. I used the minty green shade all over her eyes and then the dark shades in the crease and in the middle of the eye.

I finished the look by using CHANEL Rouge Coco Shine Sheer Lipshine in Chance, a fresh pinky shade and then I dabbed a bit of CHANEL Glossimer in Sirocco, a gorgeous beigy gold shade, in the middle of the lips for a soft pop.
