/I am all about the "blur" in hopes of hiding or blurring away skin imperfections. Of course I want to make my skin appear as flawless as possible when wearing makeup. L'Oréal Paris has a patented blur technology to do just that; make skin look younger by diffusing light on the skin for a soft focus effect. This technology is at the heart of the Visible Lift Blur Collection which includes Foundation, Concealer and Blush - everything needed to create a beautiful, flawless face.
For the complete, soft focus look, start by blending the Visible Lift Blur Concealer ($12.99) around the eye area. Out of all the Visible Lift Blur products. I like this the best. It feels liquid-y at first, but dries down in an instant and creamy matte. It become almost invisible on the skin as it covers with a flawless finish that blurs away the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. The concealer is available in three easy to match shades: fair, light and medium.
Next, apply the Visible Lift Blur Foundation ($14.99). I like to use my fingertips to spread a small amount of the buildable formula evenly across my face. This feels like a liquid-mousse formula. Again, this dries down quick. It offers a light to medium coverage with a very lightweight feel. It lasts a good part of the day along, but needs s a powder to last all day. I like that is doesn't settle into fine lines. I don't notice as much of the blurring effect as I did with the concealer. The foundation comes in a nice range of 12 shades. It also has an SPF of 18 with both UVA and UVB coverage which is a great plus.
To complete the soft focus look, apply Visible Lift Blur Blush ($12.99). The blush adds a nice, sheer flush of color to cheeks. I like to apply the blush with a Beautyblender sponge. I apply a few dots to the back of my hand and then dab the sponge into it and then dab it quickly over the apples of my cheeks. It gives a very soft focus look that never settles into fine lines. This blush lasts all day and looks very natural and youthful. Visible Lift Blur Blush comes in three shades: Soft Peach, Soft Pink and Soft Berry.
