Top 10 Waterproof Mascaras.

In the summer, I use waterproof mascara more than any other time of the year. Waterproof mascara won't wash off, flake off or smudge off during all the elements of the summer. Whether you are swimming, sweating, engaged in your favorite sports activities or simply dealing with the heat and humidity, waterproof mascara won’t let your lashes down. 

Many waterproof mascaras can be damaging to the lashes, so I have a short list of mascaras that have made my top 10 list. The last thing you want is a mascara to be damaging to something as delicate as your lashes. These mascaras are not all that drying and have worked well for me. Here are the top 10.

1. Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara is one of my top mascaras, and I use it regularly. I am happy to report that the Waterproof version is just as good as the original. 2. COVERGIRL Clump Crusher Water Resistant Mascara
Clump Crusher Mascara is one of my favorites so of course the Water Resistant Mascara is too. This formula delivers the same amount of buildable volume without clumps in a water resistant formula that is not drying. 

3. Lancôme Hypnôse Drama Waterproof Mascara
Hypnôse Drama adds a ton of volume and curl to lashes and keeps it in places all day. The waterproof formula is no different and is especially perfect for summer. The "s" shaped brush helps deposit the formula deep into the lashes.

4. L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Waterproof Mascara
Voluminous Butterfly adds a ton of length and subtle volume all while keeping lashes safe from the water. I love how the unique Butterfly Brush lifts lashes and works on lower lashes. 

5. Dior Diorshow Waterproof Mascara
For lashes that are longer than you ever in a waterproof formula, there is nothing better than Dior Diorshow. This formula lengthens and thickens lashes while keeping them set for summer in this waterproof version.

6. Clinique Lash Power Mascara Long-Wearing Formula
Lash Power is an everyday mascara that is gentle on the lashes and won't budge through all of life's elements — rain, tears, sweat, etc.. I like how long lashes get with Lash Power, yet how natural they still look.

7. Lancôme Définicils Waterproof High Definition Mascara
I like Définicils Mascara especially for how it lengthens my lashes. Lancôme Définicils Waterproof is just as great as the original as it lengthens, separates and defines all while keeping lashes waterproof. 

8. Dior Diorshow Black Out Waterproof Mascara
Different from the standard Diorshow, Black Out offers a super intense, black shade of mascara in a creamy formula. If you love kohl, black eyeliners, you'll love this mascara. Of course, the formula locks-on lashes and stays there as it is a superior waterproof formula.

9. Le Volume de CHANEL Waterproof Mascara
Volume de CHANEL delivers instant volume in a waterproof formula in just one stroke. I love how lush lashes look when using this formula that lasts the day.

10. Tarte Lights, Camera, Splashes Waterproof Mascara
