Get the Look: Rosie Huntington-Whitely at the 2016 Golden Globes.

Looking like a golden goddess herself, Rosie Huntington Whitely looked effortless and beautiful on the red carpet of the 2016 Golden Globes. I have all of her makeup details from her makeup artist, Monika Blunder for Dior Beauty.

Rosie just came back from her holiday so she is super tanned and her skin just looks flawless, and my main focus was to keep her skin looking fresh, glowing and beautiful. I also wanted to tie the eye makeup to her stunning golden Versace gown.

I first prepped Rosie's skin using the Dior Glow Maximizer to give the skin luminosity and give the makeup more longevity, and then applied a small amount of the new Dior Forever Foundation for a smooth, glowing finish. To contour the face I used the darker shade of the new Diorblush Sculpt in Brown Contour to shade below the cheekbones, jawline, and temples.  For a bronzy effect I mixed both the lighter highlight shade and the darker brown shade in the sculpt palette together and used a fluffy brush to dab onto the parts of the face where the sun would naturally hit-cheeks, forehead and bridge of the nose.

I next softly filled in Rosie's eyebrows and accentuated the arch of the brow with the Dior Powder Eyebrow Pencil. For the eye makeup I decided to use a cream and powder shadow together for more color payoff.  I began with the new Diorshow Eyeshadow & Liner Duo in the taupe shade Twig #557, blended all over the upper eyelid.  Next I went over that with a soft wash of the bottom left golden shade of the Dior Glowing Gardens 5-Couleurs Eyeshadow Palette in Rose Garden #451.  I wanted a little bit more definition to the eyes so I used the bottom right shimmery brown shade in the outer corners and crease. I then used the Dior Eyeliner Pencil in Intense Brown on the upper and lower lash line, smudging any harsh lines for a softer effect.  Then using the black Diorshow Art Pen liquid liner, I traced just the upper lash line and extended the line slightly upwards to give the eyes an elongated effect. To finish the eyes, I coated the upper and lower lashes with Diorshow Mascara.

For lips, I used the Dior Addict Lip Glow to moisturize, and then as she has naturally pigmented lips I went with Dior Addict Lipstick in #535, a sheer beige-y mauve. For a final touch, Iused the new Diorskin Nude Air Illuminating Powder in #002 to accentuate Rosie's beautiful complexion, brushing along the top of the cheekbones, cupid's bow, and inner corners of the eyes." - Monika Blunder
