Be Bronzed with NARS Atomic Blonde Eye and Cheek Palette

I love me a good bronzer. I really do.

I have SO many bronzers in my makeup drawer at the moment. It is summer after all, so I am self-tanning weekly and bronzing more than average. 

NARS does this thing where they release limited edition bronzing palettes. Sometimes these palettes just have bronzers; sometimes just bronzing highlighters or shadows This year, NARS has given us the best of EVERYTHING.

The new Atomic Blonde Eye and Cheek Palette has, you guessed it, an array of bronzing pigments for eyes and cheeks. I am talking a bronzing and a highlighting powder PLUS four must-have metallic-toned eyeshadows in the most beautiful warm tones. This palette is bringing the heat!

Now, I am not huge on shimmer; shimmer has to be done right for me to like it. I do not want my fine lines or pores enhanced. These shades do not do any of that.

Unleashed Bronzing Powder has the slightest amount of shimmer to it; it is barely detectable on the skin. This is actually a diffused bronzing powder with a beautiful bronzed brown pigment to it. 

The shimmering warm gold highlighting powder named Last Call has more shimmer to it, but it is a highlighter. I use a large, fluffy shadow brush to apply this and I use a very light hand. The result is gorgeous.

For the shadows, wow. Just wow. They are simply gorgeous. There are four of them, as I mentioned, and I feel like I could wear these year round. The eyeshadows are warm toned and range from golden bronze shimmer to a metallic copper that looks so gorgeous on the lid. A flat eyeshadow brush with just a dab in the pan is all you need to bring this shade to life.
