Beat the Heat with an All-Day Matte Makeup Look.

With summer underway, staying fresh and looking so all day can be a challenge when there is no time to touch-up your makeup. With the right products, you can beat the heat and look fresh and fabulous all day long. The key is creating a matte makeup look that lasts. I've been using the ultimate oil-control duo from Murad, and it's been helping to keep my makeup looking matte and fresh this summer.

STEP 1

Oil on the skin can break down makeup, so it's smart to prep the skin with a product like Murad InstaMatte Oil-Control Mask. This product helps to create a fresh, matte canvas before creating your makeup look. It's a double duty product because it can also be used as a daily cleanser.

STEP 2

Press and pat Murad Oil-Control Mattifier SPF 15 into the skin to help control oil from breaking down makeup. This helps to hydrate the skin as it mattifies so use it as your last step in your skincare routine.
