It’s not often that I find a mass (otherwise known as drugstore) lipstick in the form of a liquid that completely wins me over and takes up coveted space on both my vanity and handbag. The newish Burt’s Bees Liquid Lipstick has done just that.

The Burt’s Bees Liquid Lipsticks are velvety soft. Of all five that I have tried, these liquid lippies, which rival a gloss, deliver brilliant color.

What I really like about the Burt’s Bees Liquid Lipstick formula is the balance between the rich, full-coverage finish along with the all-day moisture. Many liquid lipsticks can be drying, though recent advancements have changed that; I remain very picky about mine.

The shades that I have been testing, which are really good for fall, include:

I am happy to report that the Burt’s Bees Liquid Lipsticks have a nourishing formula which blends a mineral-rich pigment and ingredients like Shea Butter, Apricot and Babassu Oil to leave lips soft and smooth. That means it lasts on the lips, up to four hours on me, and feels extremely comfortable while wearing the entire time. My lips are hydrated and soft while wearing, which I really like!

I never knew that Burt’s Bees color products were also made with 100% natural ingredients, just as the lip balms and skin care products; I am pretty wowed by that.
