Hard Candy Lip Tattoo is a stain/gloss combo. The stain side is more of a sheer stain - not too pigmented or harsh at all on the lips. The gloss is minty - yum, and locks in the color with some shine. It has a few hour staying power, which was, especially for the low price. Petal is a very pretty golden pink shade.
