Popular cosmetics brand e.l.f. has just launched a skincare line, e.l.f. Skincare Collection and it's quite exciting. Not only is the line, four products to start, designed to reveal more healthy, hydrated, glowing, and beautiful skin, all of the products are $12 or under. The line is simple and effective, yet a bit surprisingly luxe for mass, from the packaging to the products themselves.
