If you love ColourPop and the fun, easy-on-the-wallet beauty brand, hang onto your hat — there are more makeup products to love. ColourPop recently introduced Pressed Powder shadows (FINALLY), and I am OBSESSED with them.
At just $5 a pop, these shadows are a steal, especially for the quality. There are 33 Pressed Powders in all, and there are three finishes currently in the lineup: satin, matte or metallic. The Pressed Powders are sold individually in little plastic sleeves, with a magnetic backing for $5 each. When you buy four, you will receive a four-pan palette to pop the shadows into. There are also three premade palettes available.
I have to say, for $5, these Pressed Powders are not bad. The metallic shadows are the best with a lot of pigment and virtually no fallout; I am really impressed with these. The satin is also really nice, but there is only one, in a soft gold shade, currently available. The matte Pressed Powder formula takes a bit of blending and will perform differently depending on color.
I put together a palette full of nudes with the following ColourPop Pressed Powder shadows:
Hear Me Out - Matte White Peach
Let Me Explain - Metallic Ivory
You Know the Drill - Metallic Bronze
Made to Last - Matte Neutral Mauve
