This week's finds include a new to me beauty brand, a dry conditioner that is saving me in between shampoos, the latest shampoo and conditioner to help my tired tresses, a must have makeup dissolving spray and makeup brushes from an unexpected source.

Friday Finds

1. Urban Decay Meltdown Makeup Remover

Meltdown Makeup Remover is different because it is a spray — yes! This dissolving spray melts makeup off the skin on contact. I mist it over my face and onto a cotton round and simply swipe. Every trace of makeup, even hard-to-remove makeup stains, eyeliners and mascara wipe away with ease. I follow up with my cleanser for skin that is cleaner than ever.

2. AVEDA shampure thermal dry conditioner

I use dry shampoo regularly as I only wash my hair twice a week. The problem with using a lot of dry shampoo though is that dry shampoo leaves my hair crunchy and drier than it normally is. This dry conditioner is the answer to my woes as it softens hair as it refreshes without leaving it greasy. It's a mist that smells great!

3. Stroke of Beauty Dual Dimension Sculpting Brow Pencil

Stroke of Beauty is a brand new makeup line from Dean Factor (the co-founder of Smashbox) and Holly Mordini (former VP of Global Artistry and Education at Smashbox). I am getting acquainted with the lineup of products, exclusively available at EVINE, but initially, I'm really liking this brow pencil. The angled tip of this twist up pencil makes filling in my sparse spots super simple. And I love that the pencil doesn't budge. I further define my brows with the Stroke of Beauty Skin Finish Concealer which adds a radiant finish and gives that sharp line beneath the brows. I apply it with the Concealer Brush.

4. OGX Beauty Coconut Miracle Oil Shampoo & Conditioner

This formula is super rich and nourishing and smells tropical — perfect for summer. Both products are formulated with coconut oil, the essence of tiare and vanilla bean extract to help repair and soften damaged hair.

5. Tweezerman Mini Contour Kit

Tweezerman makes great makeup brushes, believe it or not, and a kit with essentials is always a good find. This kit has a mini foundation brush, the perfect mini contour brush that helps apply contour with precision and a blending sponge.
