How I Feel Confident + Beautiful throughout the Day!

Feeling confident and beautiful is an issue that I don't regularly talk about. Sure, I talk about how to look your most beautiful by using makeup and skincare, and through that, you can achieve confidence. I believe that beauty comes from within... and that begins with confidence.
I believe that a lot of confidence and feeling your most beautiful grows with you as you get older, believe it or not. Some people are just born with confidence. I was not. The older I get, the more beautiful and more confident I feel.
Staying confident throughout each day is another thing. Whether you don't feel right or feel like you look good, having confidence every day no matter how much confidence you may have, can be tough. One way that I work through it is by working out and trying to stay fit.
Now, one look at me and you might think, she is not fit. Well, stop judging— I am. I am 100X more fit than I was a few years ago. I walk between five to seven miles almost every day; I go to the gym two to three times a week, and I just hired a personal trainer to help me further my fitness goals. My daughter Caci is my fitness partner, and she keeps me on track and makes working out a lot of fun.
Caci and I both decided that we wanted to try something new fitness-wise and we didn't know what we wanted to try or to do. We could not coordinate our schedule for classes and boot camp was not for me; a personal trainer that could meet us at the park down the street was what we decided on. We only have to meet her once a week to learn some new exercises and routines and plan out a few goals.
Working with a personal trainer has been great so far, but it has been challenging, and I am WORKING. I will tell you that my confidence was WAY DOWN the first time that I was working out with her. I was sweating like a pig and embarrassed. I knew that I needed to make a change.
First, I didn't need to try so hard. I needed to be more confident in my abilities and tell her that I could not keep up. Second, I needed to get a new antiperspirant. I remembered that I had used a Dry Spray deodorant in the past, so I ran to CVS in search of which would work best for me. Why do I get lured in by pretty vanilla scents that don't work? I need to stick with something that keeps me protected from wetness and odor.
At CVS I found quite a few Dry Sprays from Unilever that caught my attention. I love shopping at CVS, and I always seem to find what I need!
First, I picked out Dove Dry Spray Invisible. You know I talk about how much I use and love Dove products, so this was a no-brainer. Plus, the clear finish and promise of no white marks or yellow stains had me sold!
I also picked up Degree Motionsense Dry Spray Ultra Clear. This antiperspirant offers motion activated protection, so I will stay dry and feel fresher longer. It also doesn't leave white marks and prevents yellow stains, which is especially useful for all my white tees. Degree Motionsense Dry Spray has been coming along with me to my workouts. Even though I don't need it once I spray it on in the morning (it lasts 48-hours), I like to be prepared.
I am thrilled to report that since I switched back to using Dry Sprays, I am totally dry while working out and that keeps me so much more confident. I even picked up Degree Men Motionsense Dry Spray on my next CVS run for my son, Joey. He was always complaining of embarrassing "pit-stains" after track, and that was ruining his confidence. He has told me that Degree Dry Spray has worked amazingly well for him, too. Win and win!
All AXE®, Dove or Degree® Dry Spray Antiperspirant products are Buy 1, Get 1 50% OFF at CVS, with your CVS Extracare card. And when you buy any two AXE, Dove or Degree® Antiperspirant products, you'll get $2 extrabucks® rewards. Another win!
I want to know...
What do you do to stay confident and beautiful? Is fitness a part of it? I'd love to hear!
