I love it when MAC does a makeup collaboration like the one it is doing with the upcoming Disney movie "Maleficent". Sure to be a summer blockbuster, the MAC Maleficent Makeup Collection is already a hit with makeup and movie fans alike.

The Maleficent makeup collection is dark and mysterious, yet it contains some classic shades that will stand the test of time. These are not trendy shades and I like that they can cross over through seasons and will be able to be worn for a long time even though it is a very limited collection. The collection wouldn't be complete without True Love's Kiss Lipstick and Flaming Rose Nail Lacquer. They look like they are a signature part of the film and thus a main part of the collection. True Love's Kiss is a very bright red, sort of what you think of as a true red. It is not too blue or pink or orange. The same holds true for the Flaming Rose Nail Lacquer. I wonder if Angelina is wearing these shades in the film - it looks like it.
