For spring, Miliani has brought a touch of Milan to the US with two new collections that touch on super hot trends. While the collections are both separate, I think they go well together and play off each other nicely. One collection is Fierce Foils, which is the first of its kind to mass. It features buildable, highly-metallic, foil finishes for eyes, lips and nails. The second collection is Milani's Matte collection which has an incredible new kind of matte finish. With products for eyes, lips and cheeks; all of the products are very long-lasting and look and feel and amazing -- these are not your average mattes.

These shadows feel super creamy and I can't tell if it is a shadow or a cream. I applied mine with this brush and it is the only way I could get them to apply evenly and blend how I liked. Another option would be your fingers. The finish is beautiful. A primer is a must because they do come off easily.

I tried Navy Foil and I am in love with this. I don't wear blue or Navy much, but paired with greys for a smokey eye, this is amazing. I need to hunt down the Black Gold Foil and Brown Foil.
