Moroccanoil Smooth Collection.

With the dog days of summer upon us comes the dreaded long days of heat and humidity. For me that means a head of hair pretty much filled with frizz. I loathe frizzy hair. I usually just pull my hair back to hide it, but I think it was the first summer in a long time where I haven't just pulled my hair up in a pony tail most of the time. I finally have my hair pretty long and in a nice cut and I have been enjoying good hair days - except for the frizz factor. Luckily I have found a trio of products that have me frizz free for days - yes days! If you deal with frizzy hair at all, you need to know about the Moroccanoil Smooth Collection too.

I start my frizz-free routine by using the Moroccanoil Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner. Not only does the innovation duo smell AMAZING, the argan oil-infused formula blends argan butter which features a high concentration of fatty acids with the proprietary AminoRenew ingredient to smooth hair for optimal results. The blend actually helps to smooth hair from the inside out. It works with the hairs natural keratin structure so it is instant as it manages to keep frizz at bay.

Right before I blowout my hair, I use 1-2 pumps of the Moroccanoil Smoothing Lotion. This was made to not only tame unmanageable hair, but it also helps to give hair a medium hold and give offer long-lasting frizz-free results. The Smoothing Lotion is formulations,again with premium argan oil, ultra-nourishing argan butter, Vitamin E and an essential fatty acid blend. This ensures that my hair is left soft (but not too soft) smooth and manageable. It helps with styling and seems to improve blow-dry time. I don't use the regular Moroccanoil Treatment (the oil) when using this. I sort of like this better, as when I use the oil I still have to use mousse for holding power and volume. With this lotion, I get manageability and medium hold so I don't need the extra product.

When using the trio together, my hair looks and feels smooth and frizz free for 2-3 days between shampoos. I am really happy with the system.
