My Favorite Makeup Tool: The BeautyBlender Pro + a Giveaway.
/There is one makeup tool that I use more than any other and that is the BeautyBlender makeup sponge. I use this each and every day to apply my makeup. It simply helps me to apply my makeup flawlessly.
The BeautyBlender makeup sponge is made with a thick velvety texture that more than doubles in size as it lightens in texture when wet. It makes application of foundation and concealer totally even, while covering skin and making it appear almost flawless.
To use, I first dampen the large round bottom side of the sponge by spraying a a few squirts of water on it. I then apply the foundation to the back of my hand and dip the sponge in it and bounce (stipple) it quickly over my face. I bounce a bit more where I need more coverage and continue to bounce and adjust the pressure as needed all around my face. I use the opposite, dry, smaller slightly pointed end to apply concealer under and around my eyes. The contoured shape makes getting into smaller parts of my face easy.
The new version of the BeautyBlender is the BeautyBlender Pro. The BeautyBlender Pro is the same sponge, but in an updated chic black shade.
