NARS Laced with Edge Holiday Color Collection.
/I'm loving this holiday collection from NARS, as this year the one and only François Nars has projected a bold new design for the future femme. The collection is all about the thrill of seduction as the Laced with Edge Holiday Collection exposes a full range of colors with textures that have dramatic dimension.
The custom packaging adapts architectural designer Chris Kabatsi’s digitally-rendered Nebula print into a dynamic yet delicate depiction. The intricate web of black gloss grips the signature soft-touch packaging in a modern take on lace. It is soft, yet modern and sleek. It is perfect for holiday!
I like that the collection contains a mix of bold shades along with the subtle to play off of each other. Take a look at everything:
Hardwired Eyeshadow - $25.00
- Canberra - Shimmering Lavender
- Opal Coast - Iridescent White
- Gabon - Bronzed Green
Blush - $30.00
- Almeria - Tan Rose
Lipgloss - $26.00
- Soleil D'Orient - Shimmering Pink Champagne
- Burning Love - Bright Ruby with Subtle Shimmer
- Corsica - Shimmering Pink Raspberry
Lipstick - $26.00
- Adriatic - Glistening Soft Cream
- Deadly Catch - Crimson
- Femme Fleur - Shimmering Brick Red with Gold Pearl
Nail Polish - $20.00
- Barrents Sea - Sparkling Deep Blue
- Algonquin - Sparkling Lilac
- Sherwood - Shimmering Violet Rose
I have the Burning Love and Soleil D'Orient Lipgloss and it is as if they were both made for me. Of course I really favor the pinky nude with shimmer of the Soleil D'Orient and wear it alone for a nude lip look or top it over a lipstick for a little shimmer. But I am surprised at how perfect Burning Love is for the holiday's too. Burning Love is a great ruby red, not too dark with some subtle shimmer to it. If you are afraid of a red lipstick, try this one. The NARS Lipgloss formula is one of my favorites too. It is kind to the lips, not sticky and lasts a good three to four hours before needing a reapplication.
The NARS Laced with Edge Holiday Color Collection is available now at NARS boutiques, narscosmetics.com, Sephora and fine department stores such as Nordstrom.
