Natural for Fall: MAC Artificially Wild.
/I've always shared my love for natural shades and when they are done a bit deeper for fall, you can count me in. MAC has come up with some really beautiful shades in their Artificially Wild collection that launched earlier this month. If you like dark neutrals, this is one you need to check out.
Calling wild ones everywhere, nudes rule in colour. Camouflage reigns supreme, while spirited hues for eyes, lips and cheeks stir a restless freedom of expression. Declare independence in subversive greys, golden beige browns and soft, dirty mauves. Stand out in sexy, statement shades of Lipstick, Lip Pencil, Cream Colour Base and Powder Blush. This season, nude makes an impact in a collection of untamed neutrals that is anything but bare.

I am really liking a dusky cheek this fall and I think the Pink Cult Powder Blush is perfect for this. It is matte and leaves that flushed pink look to cheeks that looks very natural. While it is matte, this does not play off as chalky. It looks gorgeous with an over-all nude look, especially a played down eye but lots of liner and mascara and a brown lip. I was surprised by how much I really liked wearing Shitake Lipstick with Obviously Bare Lipglass over it. Shitake is a glaze lipstick, which is glossy on it sown, and the color is actually a muted brown which is so mot me. But for some reason with the Obviously Bare Lipglass over it (which is a real creamy pearl shade) it lightens it up and it just looks pretty on a nude look. Like I said, it really surprised me. My favorite item from the collection, and I can't stop wearing it is the Artificial Earth Eye Shadow. It is described as a Soft Mauve Nude shade, but it is a mauve based satin taupe if there ever was one. I am loving it a lot and am using it on my lid almost daily.
