I think we all have come to love Urban Decay for the cutting edge makeup and line of NAKED products. The brand even recently expanded the prime and set range to include a primer and setting spray for each and every skin type. Now, they have taken makeup prep further and are offering the ultimate makeup prep for the makeup junkie with Rehab Makeup Prep.
This new lineup of products is basically a skin care line that gets skin ready for makeup application. By now you should know that a perfect canvas is important to a flawless face and it's critical to complete prior to completing your makeup look. And the fact that L'Oreal now owns Urban Decay, you know that there is a lot of skin care science that has gone into these skin care products.

Urban Decay has included the essentials in the Rehab Makeup Prep lineup to prep skin — to scrub, cleanse, revitalize and moisturize skin.
Rehab Makeup Prep Pretty Gritty Skin Polish will help to smooth and brighten your skin which is obviously important. This skin polish is not what I expected — it's a powder and I'm obsessed with it. You only need a little bit of the powder (about a quarter sized amount for your face and neck) and once mixed with water it becomes this somewhat gritty, foamy, milky formula that cleanses and polishes the skin. What is even more unique is that feels a bit oily and soothing so that skin doesn't feel stripped like a lot of scrubs and polishes do. My skin immediately looks brighter after I use it. It is made with Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, plus coconut oil which I am sure gives it that hydrating feel. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by this one and have been using it almost daily. I might want to use it all over.
Pore Refining Peel - $26
Rehab Makeup Prep Pore Refining Peel is a targeted pore treatment mask that does a fantastic job at clearing out pores. In about 10 minutes, pores are visibly clear after using. I applied this peel-off-mask right to the dent in my chin and over my nose (the places where I see pores) once firm, simply peeled away and was impressed at what a great job it did to clean my pores. It is made to be used on all complexion types, but only on trouble spots. It contains a blend of nine skin-nourishing plant extracts that get the job done.
Rehab Makeup Prep Hot Springs Hydrating Gel is another very unique skin care product that is made with actual water from a 1,000-year-old hot spring in Japan. This water is actually encapsulated in the gel, and once you smooth it over your skin and start to rub it in, the water sort of bursts onto the skin to create the hydration. It is lightly hydrating and does create a very smooth finish. I found that it takes a lot of smoothing out and rubbing in to activate and being that I am extremely dry, I require more moisture. If you only need a lightweight moisturizer, this is a good one to try.
Lip Love - $15
Rehab Makeup Prep Lip Love is a really nice lip balm that can be used prior to wearing any lip products, and after, as well. The formula is oil based, made with coconut oil along with shea butter, and it's very soothing and moisturizing. It tastes great too, with a coconut-mint flavor — yum.
