Ulta Beauty always has a few tricks up its sleeve and has surprise steals every week. This season they have announced dates and brands but not the products. This week on Friday, September 2nd we will get a surprise steal from BUXOM and on Saturday, September 3rd, we will get a surprise steal from KVD.
