Sugar, ah honey honey… You are my candy girl… And you got me wanting you.
The Archies said it best when they sang those lyrics back in 1969 and I can’t stop singing along with the new Urban Decay NAKED Honey Eyeshadow Palette in my hands.
Just about every makeup girl LIVES for a NAKED eyeshadow palette. When the new NAKED Reloaded launched earlier this year, I wondered when the next NAKED palette would drop. I would have never imagined that the one and only Lizzo would be the one to drop the news of NAKED honey, but the partnership is perfect. I think of a golden goddess when I look at the palette and when I saw Lizzo rocking her glam gold NAKED honey look, I knew that Urban Decay had yet another winning combination on their hands.
The NAKED Honey Eyeshadow Palette features 12 all-new, exclusive shades and they are perfect for creating a swarm of looks. Think sunny golden neutrals, seductive warm ambers and rich chocolate browns. The palette features a mix of mattes, shimmers and glitters.
I have to say that the shades are SO much better in person. They really are neutral with a kick of golden glow to them. They are not all-out gold or over-the-top; there is only one gold shade and it is so gorgeous that you will want to sweep it onto your lid or wear it subtly swiped onto your lower lash line.
Like all of UD’s eyeshadows, the shades are super pigmented, buttery, blend with ease and are very longwearing.
