Urban Decay Revolution High-Color Lipgloss.
/There is nothing prettier than a bright pop of color on the lips in the summer. I'm usually a natural or peach/pink lip girl the rest of the year, but in the summer as it gets warm, I turn up the heat on my lips; a pop of color it is. Urban Decay's new Revolution High-Color Lipgloss is just what I needed for some summertime hotness.
Revolution High Color Lipgloss is awesome. This new gloss glides on and covers lips with full-on rich color. It's really pigmented! I like how it feel on the lips - very smooth and creamy. It's made with Hilurlip™to define and hydrate the lips giving them the really smooth feeling BUT it plumps lips and gives them the fuller appearance at the same time.
Now, for the colors. The highly pigmented colors, that seriously apply full on with a single swipe of the flocked applicator. There are 14 of them - ranging from nude to deep wine shade, there really is something here for everyone.
Brickhouse - dark brick red
69 - bright red
Assassin - candy apple red with glitter
Punch Drunk - bright orange
Apocalypse - deep purple-wine
Vice - dark purple with glitter
Bittersweet - bright purple
Big Bang - bright pink with glitter
Quiver - medium rose-pink
Scandal - bright pink
Savage - electric pink
Failbait - light neutral pink
Liar - medium pink-nude
Kinky - nude
My favorite shade has got to be Savage, a really bright electric pink. It looks really nice with my self-tan I've got going on, plus this shade makes my teeth look really white.
Revolution High Color Lipgloss lasts a lot longer on my lips than my average lipgloss. I am getting a good six hours of wear before there is any type of fading with these. If I were not to eat or drink, at all, these would last even longer.
