Do you ever feel like you're in a makeup rut? While I change up my makeup items like eye shadow, eye liners, and lip products daily, one thing that I don't change very often is my foundation makeup. Even though I feel like I am constantly searching for the best makeup foundation, when I find a foundation makeup I really like (my favorites are MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Foundation, IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream and Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation), I tend to stick to using them. I forget how much I love a foundation like Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. 

I hadn't used Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation in a few years until I received a box with both the Skin Foundation in Liquid and Stick form. I had used the Skin Foundation SPF 15 before, but not the Skin Foundation Stick. 

What is different about the Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation formula is that it is made to look like your skin. You see, it is made with tone-correcting pigments suspended in a transparent base. What this does is help to add medium coverage to the skin (the stick adds more) while not looking like foundation. Both formulas are beautiful; lightweight but creamy. They are very hydrating and blend with ease.

As I had not tried Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick prior to this, I have been using this more and more to truly get a feel of how it wears and covers. I find it really easy to use. I apply it directly to my face (forehead, cheeks, and chin) and blend with this. The coverage is medium but natural. If I need a little more coverage, I simply dot a little more on in that area and blend out with my fingertips. I am in awe of how beautiful this foundation makeup looks and feels on me. The formula has a powder feel as it dries down and somehow seems to diffuse light in all the right places. 

I travel a lot during the year and I struggle with my makeup bag. The Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation Stick will definitely make things easier; it is so portable.
