Supercharged Radiance: MAC Hyper Real Glow Palettes.

If you are picky about your highlighters, I get it. I mean, highlighters can be hard to wear. Too much shimmer and it's "look at me" or "see my wrinkles?. And glitter has no place in a proper highlighter.
I go easy on the highlighter because I am no spring chicken. I need my highlighter to accent my skin in all the right places but NOT accent my fine lines or skin flaws.
I need to say that MAC Cosmetics got EVERYTHING right with their brand new Hyper Real Glow palettes. This highlighting powder is unlike any I have tried before and it is a WIN in every which way possible.
MAC packed three SUPER SOFT and SUPER CREAMY highlighters into each of the two new (out today) Hyper Real Glow palettes. There is one palette for those that love golden bronze shades (Get It Glowin') and another one that love rose gold shades (Flash + Awe).
These are the creamiest and softest highlighters that have yet to touch my skin. Seriously. They almost feel bouncy in the palette.
The Hyper Real Glow highlighters glide across the skin in such a smooth way and impart nothing but a soft, pearly radiance on the skin. There is no shimmer in sight, even though it may appear that way in the pan.
These highlighters do not cake or crease or accent my flaws or fine lines. I am obsessed with the Hyper Real Glow highlighter more than I have ever been with a highlighter. And that says a lot.
The perfect news is that these are permanent to the MAC line. I can't wait to see if there will be individual pans or more shades. For now, there are the two Hyper Real Glow palettes.
Get It Glowin' - Get It Glowin', Gold Coasting, Rosy Cheer
Flash + Awe - Flash + Awe, Rosy Glow, Light of the Party
I have been using both, but as I am using some self-tanner right now, I have been getting more use out of the Get It Glowin' palette at the moment.
Each Hyper Real Glow palette sells for $39.50 and is available now at all MAC locations and maccosmetics.com.
