The NEW Line at CVS That We are OBSESSED With: ApotheCARE Essentials.

There is a new must-have line of premium hair care at CVS/pharmacy and it's a lineup that you need to know about. It's called ApotheCARE Essentials™ and everything about it has blown me away. From the apothecary-inspired bottles to the way it feels in my hands to the invigorating, fresh floral scent, I am in a word— obsessed.

The ApotheCARE Essentials™ products are unlike many others; they provide stunning fragrances and give you a superior look and feel. ApotheCARE Essentials™ has bridged the gap for those of us who are invested in our hair and skin. They have created products that mix the apothecary spirit with more modern beauty product ingredients. By using cutting-edge scientific technology plus specially selected ingredients, these exciting products are inspired by nature yet powered by science.

I got a sneak peek at a few of the products and have been testing ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Booster Shampoo and Conditioner. I am always looking for products that build volume for my fine hair and this duo was made for that purpose.

What I really liked about the shampoo and conditioner and my hair after using it is that my hair definitely has more volume, but the formula does not weigh my hair down. This is especially important as I have fine hair; my hair overall seems full and thick. The formula definitely helps to build weightless, thicker-looking volume but it lets my hair naturally move.

One thing that I could go on and on about is the scent. I mentioned above how the shampoo and conditioner smell fresh, invigorating and floral; I love it. This particular blend is made with Rosehip Oil, Geranium, and Aloe Vera which helps attribute to the scent. The formula contains the following, which makes it so good:

  • Cold Pressed Rosehip Oil

  • Steam Distilled Geranium

  • Distilled Aloe Vera

  • No Parabens

  • No Dyes

  • No Silicones

ApotheCARE Essentials™ does not launch in all CVS stores until 2018 (it's currently in limited release) so you need to go to CVS.com to buy it now and I HIGHLY encourage you to do so. There is nothing like being the envy of all your friends at all of your holiday parties and starting off the new year with great hair is the perfect resolution, don't you think?

ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Booster Shampoo and Conditioner sell for $12.99 each at CVS/pharmacy. You can buy them now at cvs.com. They will be available at all CVS/pharmacy stores in early 2018.

I'm Teri, your resident beauty expert. While I'm not playing with beauty products, painting my nails or shopping for makeup with my daughter who loves trying products with me, you will probably find me sneaking off to Florida with my husband of over 25 years or cheering on one of my three sons. I like baking, re-decorating, drinking tea, fussing with my flowers and facials.
