Patrick Starrr is back for another collaboration with MAC and this one is a spring floral dream come true! The collection features two full-face kits for beautifully fresh, vibrant springtime looks.
I am absolutely smitten with each and everything about this pretty pink collection. From the packaging to the shades and names — it's a surefire hit.
The two kits include the Me So Chic Full Face Kit, a bit more neutral of the two, and the Me So Fleek Full Face Kit. I was sent the MAC X Patrick Starrr Me So Fleek Full Face Kit to preview and it's all I can wear since I received it.
The Me So Fleek Full Face Kit includes:
Hey, Boy, Hey! Lipstick - Dirty pinkish plum (retro matte)
Queen P Lipglass - Neon pink with blue pearl
Eye Shadow x 4 / Play With Me
In Living Pink - Pinky coral with gold shimmer (frost)
Hickie - Bright pink with shimmer (frost)
All's Rosy - Dirty mid-tone pink (matte)
In the Shadow - Vibrant dark blue with shimmer (frost)
Take Me Home Powder Blush Duo
Soft coral pink (satin) / Muted pink plum (matte)
Yes, it's bright and bold, but it is insanely beautiful.
You can't be afraid of a bright lip to wear Hey, Boy, Hey!, and it pairs beautifully with Queen P Lipglass, I like Queen P on its own for a bit of a more subtle neon pink lip.
The Powder Blush Duo is silky soft and contains shades that can be worn on most skin tones. I prefer the soft coral pink shade, but I have been layering the more muted plumish pink shade under it for a bit of a contoured cheek look.
The highlight of the collection is the Play With Me Eye Shadow X 4.
The highlight of the collection is the eyeshadow quad for sure. In Living Pink (the lighter pink) is great all over the lid, with the mid-tone pink in the crease. I have been using a bit of the vibrant blue just on the outer v to line the outer corners of my lash line. I wish I were bold enough to go all the around like Patrick, but I feel like I look like a clown with that much blue around my eyes. I do want to play with it more and try and blend a bit more of the blue along my upper lash line as the shade is absolutely beautiful; you can't be afraid of color to show it off.
