A Spring-Clean Hair Routine with ApotheCARE Essentials.

Spring is officially here and I am spring cleaning everything. I have been cleaning out the closets, the old makeup, and beauty products and even working on freshening up the spring wardrobe. I love the slight tinge of warmth in the air. With all of this freshness around me, I even decided to spring-clean my hair routine!

I recently had a few extra highlights added to my hair and I've been experimenting with styles to show off the extra dimension.  After a long winter, it's what my hair needed. My hair also needs a little boost like some shine and extra hydration. I've developed a new hair routine with some products from ApotheCARE Essentials™.

I have used ApotheCARE Essentials™ in the past, and when I thought of spring hair, I immediately thought of these wonderfully aromatic hair care products. With apothecary-inspired bottles and an invigorating, fresh floral scent, it is everything my hair craved and what I wanted.

What I really like about ApotheCARE Essentials™ products is that they are unlike many others, especially other haircare found in the drugstore. Found exclusively at CVS/pharmacy, this lineup includes the most stunning fragrances and gives hair a superior look and feel.

My spring-clean hair routine starts out by washing with ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Booster Shampoo. Made with Rosehip Oil, Geranium and Aloe Vera, this shampoo is great for adding volume to fine hair like mine. It builds weightless, thicker-looking volume but it really is weightless, so hair still moves.

Immediately after washing, I use ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Colorist Conditioner. As I obviously color my hair, it is often dull, and The Colorist Conditioner is perfect for adding vibrant shine to color-treated hair. The timeless ingredients like extracted Moroccan mint and steam distilled lavender help to deeply nourish hair and amplify vibrancy and shine. It really helps to bring out my new highlights!

Once or twice a week I have been using ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Colorist Treatment Mask. I am addicted to both face and hair masks and incorporate them regularly into my routine and this one is GOOD!

The ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Colorist Treatment Mask is free of sulfates as it visibly recharges my color-treated hair. As soon as I use it, my hair is brought back to life with high vibrancy and shine which lasts for days. I just might be obsessed with the smell, which is perfect for spring.

Before I curl my hair, I have been using ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Booster Dry Shampoo. This dry shampoo adds volume at the roots and just enough texture to hold my style better.

ApotheCARE Essentials™ The Booster Dry Shampoo is also perfect to use in between washings as an instant refresher that absorbs unnecessary oils and impurities. It adds volume at the roots while extending a soft, conditioned feel in the hair.

As I said, you can find ApotheCARE Essentials™ at CVS, where you will find the most amazing offers going on now and all throughout April. These offers are too good to pass up as you create your very own spring hair refresh.

I'm Teri, your resident beauty expert. While I'm not playing with beauty products, painting my nails or shopping for makeup with my daughter who loves trying products with me, you will probably find me sneaking off to Florida with my husband of over 25 years or cheering on one of my three sons. I like baking, re-decorating, drinking tea, fussing with my flowers and facials.
